You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of subscription. This right allows you to cancel your subscription without fees and without justification.
To exercise this right, simply send the withdrawal form (available in our General Terms and Conditions and on our website):
- By mail to: Pathé Belgium – 141-143 Grand'Rue – 6000 Charleroi
- Or online via the "Contact Us" section on our website.
Important: Your request must be sent within 14 days of subscription. After this period, cancellation will only be possible under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the General Terms and Conditions.
If you have already used your subscription before withdrawal, the screenings consumed will be charged at €13,20 per ticket.
For Infinity Gift Cards, the 14-day withdrawal right also applies after purchase. However, once the Gift Card is activated, it becomes a fixed-term subscription and can no longer be canceled.
