
What should I do if I can no longer book with my Infinity subscription?
This usually happens for two reasons:

You have reached the limit of active bookings
With Infinity, you can have up to 10 simultaneous bookings for 10 different screenings.
If you already have 10 active bookings, you’ll need to wait until one screening has taken place (or cancel a booking) before making a new one.

Your next screening does not respect the 1h30 interval
To book a new screening, its start time must be at least 1h30 after the start time of another screening you’ve already booked.
Example: If you booked a film starting at 2:00 PM, you cannot book another screening starting before 3:30 PM.
Quick tips:
- Cancel a booking you no longer need to free up a spot.
- Check the start times of your other bookings: if the interval is less than 1h30, choose a later screening.
