I made the reservation when logged into my account :
If you booked your tickets when logged in to your Pathé account, you just need to log in again and go to "My bookings" section to see your reservation.
I made the reservation without being logged in :
If you booked your tickets without a Pathé account, you can find your tickets in the confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided when booking.
The tickets are enclosed to the order confirmation e-mail in PDF format. Make sure to check your spam folder.
If you didn't receive the order confirmation e-mail or if you have deleted it, please click on the "Contact us" button at the bottom of this page and send us the completed form as follows:
- Theme : Online reservations
- Sub-theme : Ticket not received
- Subject & Message : Please provide your screening information (Film, cinema, time and date of the screening, e-mail adress, etc.)
