How to cancel a reservation?

You can cancel your reservation for free up to 15 minutes before the start of the screening.

Cancellation of a reservation will automatically cancel all tickets included in the order.

You can cancel your reservation:

• As soon as your order is finalized, from the booking confirmation page.
• Up to 15 minutes before the start of the screening, via the link in your booking confirmation e-mail.
• Up to 15 minutes before the start of the screening, from your Pathé account in the "My bookings" section:

If your payment method is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within the following timeframe:

• The amount that was charged (including technology fees) will be automatically credited to your bank account within 3 days.
• If you have redeemed cinema vouchers, you will be able to use them again a few minutes after the cancellation of the reservation, within their validity period.
