How can I get my free birthday ticket?

As a Pathé Star member, you receive one free cinema ticket for your birthday.

This ticket is valid for 7 days from your birthday and can be used for any standard screening, excluding any surcharges (3D, IMAX, 4DX, Long Film) and special events (Ladies Night, Terror Night, Marathon, Concert).

To use your birthday ticket online:

1. Log in to your Pathé Star account via the website or mobile app.
2. Select your cinema, movie, screening, and seats.
3. On the pricing selection page, your birthday ticket will appear in the list of available rates. Simply click the “+” to add it to your order.

To use your birthday ticket at a ticket machine:

1. Select your movie, screening, and seats.
2. On the pricing selection page, scan your Pathé Star QR code or enter your account code.
3. Your birthday ticket will appear in the list of available prices. Simply click the “+” to add it to your order.
