How can I redeem my Pathé Star points?

As soon as you reach a reward tier, you can use your points to get a free popcorn or a standard cinema ticket.

Here are the reward tiers:

• From 300 points = 1 small popcorn (125cl)*
• From 500 points = 1 large popcorn (500cl)*
• From 600 points = 1 standard cinema ticket**

* Redemption available only in cinema's shop.
** Excluding any surcharges: Long film, 3D, IMAX, 4DX. Redemption available via the website, mobile app, at the box office, and at ticket machines.

How to get your free popcorn (300 or 500 points):

At the self-service kiosks:

1. Tap the screen to start your order.
2. Scan the QR code of your Pathé Star account.
3. A pop-up window will appear with available rewards.
4. Click the “+” next to the small (300 points) or large popcorn (500 points) to add it to your basket.
5. Complete your order.

At the counter:

1. Tell the staff you’d like to use your free popcorn reward.
2. Scan the QR code of your Pathé Star account or provide the email address linked to your account.
3. Collect your free popcorn.

How to get your free cinema ticket (600 points):

Online:

1. Log in to your Pathé Star account.
2. Select your cinema, movie, screening, and seats.
3. On the pricing selection page, your free ticket will appear in the “Pathé Star” section.
4. Click the “+” to add it to your order.
5. Complete your reservation.

If you cancel your booking, the points will be automatically re-credited to your account.

At the ticket machines :

1. Select your movie, screening, and seats.
2. On the pricing selection page, scan the QR code of your Pathé Star account.
3. Your free ticket will appear at the top of the available pricing options.
4. Complete your reservation.
