Cancellation of a screening: refund policy

Online reservations :

Your reservation has been cancelled and you have received a cancellation confirmation e-mail. In this case, the refund will be made automatically within 3 working days without any action on your part.

If you made a reservation with a cinema voucher, it will be valid again within a few minutes.

If your purchase cannot be refunded automatically, please follow the same procedure as for purchases and reservations made in the cinema.

Reservations in the cinema :

Purchases made at a ticket machine do not entitle you to an automatic refund. We invite you to go to the reception desk of your cinema to enable us to reimburse you as quickly as possible.
