I didn't receive my points. What should I do?

Please note that loyalty points earned from a cinema ticket booking are credited within 24 hours after the screening.
Points earned from purchases in the shop are also credited within 24 hours after the transaction.

If you forgot to log in when booking your cinema tickets, or didn’t scan your Pathé Star QR code at a ticket machine or at the concession stand, it will not be possible to receive loyalty points at a later stage.

We invite you to contact us if you’ve encountered one of the following situations:

  • You purchased cinema tickets while logged into your Pathé Star account, but didn’t receive (or didn’t receive the correct number of) points after the screening.
  • You scanned your Pathé Star QR code when purchasing snacks and drinks in the shop, but didn’t receive (or didn’t receive the correct number of) points.

Click on the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of this page and fill out the form with the following details:

  • Theme: “Pathé Star
  • Sub-theme: “Issues with Points
  • Subject & Message: Include your screening details (Film, Cinema, Time and Date of the screening, order Number, etc.), attach the shop receipt or provide proof of payment.
